Using the ADD Bumper will work as long as the sway-bar stays in the factory position. When lifting the truck it is suggested to extend the sway-bar link ends instead of lowering the complete sway-bar. Lowering the complete sway-bar will cause the sway-bar to crash into the ADD Bumper.
